Go I.D. Tokens

As an extra layer of security, Berkshire Bank requires Go I.D. Tokens as well as dual control for customers who are initiating ACH and/or wires.  With Go I.D. Tokens you will be presented with a challenge and required to enter a token code (6 digit number) response when initiating or approving ACH and/or wires.  The token code changes every sixty (60) seconds therefore adding another layer of security against unplanned or unauthorized activity.
